Soulful Muslims was founded in 2015 with a vision of empowered African-American Muslims leading the Black community and nation. Our values of faith, family and community drive our mission to create a network where members support one another, feel respected, and safe.

We've raised over $13.5 million towards building our own school. This monumental achievement is the first step of many toward a top quality Islamic school that is culturally relevant and sensitive in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
